"His peace will guard your hearts and minds...."

Lately the same thing has been on my heart.
It's all I can think about right now and I'm sure you all are getting sick
of the same kind of posts but I can't help it.
Baby J.
And now more than ever I am thinking about him
and the possibility of adding him to our family
If that is what God has in mind and what if God doesn't have that in mind?
Will I be ok with that?

    Philippians 4:6-7
Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. (NLT)

Is it possible to be thinking constantly about something but not worried about it?
I feel like that's what I'm doing lately.
If I'm honest, I'm a little worried but I'm not
constantly "worrying" about it, just thinking about it.
I think I'm just rambling now.

I have heard lots of stories
of how much of an emotional roller coaster
foster-to-adopt can be but was never
fully prepared for how it would feel.

For some reason, waiting
on God's timing just isn't getting any easier.
Most would think I've had plenty of chances
to learn how to wait.

So that's my heart this week.

"linc"in' up with Casey this week for "what's on your heart"
Go check out this girls artwork, she is uh-mazing.
