Ok so this momma is wanting to save money on pictures so I thought I'd try my hand at it. I've got a nice camera so I should have the skills that come with it, right? Hmmmm....we'll see. I don't know a whole lot about photography, just tid bits that I've picked up here and there so all my photographer friends give me your criticism and any tips or tricks to use in the future. We did three separate sessions with the Lincman because he just was NOT havin' it! He wouldn't come anywhere near the black curtain that I had set up knowing that I wanted him to stand/sit in front of it. I wanted to use blocks to spell out his name but I never got a picture with him and the blocks because he was always grab 'em before I could snap the picture! It was quite a workout for me and I even had my mom and Trey here to help!!
Anyways here are some of the good shots I got, I know a couple of them are blurry but I liked em too much to care :) Please leave comments and let me know what ya think!!

ReplyDeleteI use the photo editing software Adobe Lightroom3. Its super pricy..... but I LOVE it. Google it and watch some videos/tutorials- it's amazing. Adobe decided to take Photoshop and make a version specifically for photographers. To solve the drool problem- the "spot removal" tool would work perfect. I believe Lightroom has a 6 month (?) free trial online..... so, the drool problem (on the photo :)) can be fixed - for free- in no time! Hope this is helpful!
