We have some pretty great friends. Friends who let us live in their basement apartment when we were just married. Who just happen to be in the adoption process. And have been in the adoption process for a VERY long time. How long? Well a normal timeline for an international adoption (besides China) is anywhere from 12-18 months or even 24 months for a really long wait. Well their journey started back in May 2007 and now this May (that's a four year wait!) they are finally traveling to go pick up their precious boy! Watch this video Kendra put together to share their journey. Make sure you've got some tissues, I cried like a baby. Probably because it's so near and dear to my heart, but still. Ok, go watch it!
