menu plan monday

chicken milano
it was on the menu 2 weeks ago and 
i never got around to making it so it's back
on the menu!

beef stroganoff
I may try doubling this one and freezing it.  I've never frozen it before so not sure how it will turn out...
Lynda's recipe
10 oz cooked egg noodles
1 lb hamburger browned
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
salt and pepper to taste
4-5 slices american cheese torn up
stir all ingredients together and put in 9x13 pan to bake
bake at 350 for 1/2 hour covered
top with chow mein noodles the last 5 minutes

I'm going to double this and freeze the extra one

we'll probably just grab something after our photo shoot with 
j.reiss photography :) so excited!!
