29 week baby bump

Tyler ran into the door frame of our bathroom as he was trying to avoid my bump yesterday.
Man he sure has trouble getting around these days :)
I keep telling him that every time I look in the mirror I'm surprised at how big my belly is getting.
I don't really feel that huge even though I know I am.
He told me I showed great agility picking up Lincoln's name tag at church, in a dress.
It's all those years of gymnastics...thanks mom, I knew they would come in handy!

While at the airport last Saturday, buying some apple juice for Lincman.....a cashier asked if I was having a girl and I told her it was a boy.  Her response was, "well it sure looks like a girl."
hmmmm.....thanks for your input but I'm guessing the sonographer had a better look at those gender revealing parts than you do just seeing me pass buy you.
Made me smile.  People are so funny.

Weight gain is about 20 lbs now.  My pinboard is full of exercise and diet plans for post baby :)
Leg cramps have woken me up the last few nights.....thankfully I learned the toes to nose trick and they go away really fast.

We're al ready for Trick or Treating tonight.  Lincoln's excited to wear his turtle costume and I made my cute skeleton shirt yesterday (baby and all) with the iron on decals I ordered.

Lincoln has started using my belly as a track or a ramp for his cars and trains.

Baby name update:
Well there isn't one yet.  I'm afraid this little guy's name will be decided on the operating table during my c-section.  Sorry to keep you all in suspense....we would reveal the name if we had decided on one, we just can't agree.  Silly names, it's like the kid has to live with it the rest of his life or something.
nbd, right?
I should've known from the beginning that we were having another boy because we had completely agreed on a girl's name.  That would be too easy, apparently.  God likes to keep us on our toes :)

Well we're off to the grocery store to fill our empty fridge (we've been gone 2 weeks and for some reason food is kinda important around here.....especially for this lady!)

Have a Happy Halloween!

  1. We JUST decided last week and I'll be 33 weeks on Thursday. We were having thee hardest time deciding on a middle name but had a few first names picked out. So finally, we got it so don't worry. You're not the only one :)

  3. When I was pregnant with my daughter, toward the end so many people kept telling me I was for sure having a boy by the way I was carrying her. I got SO nervous and freaked out and had to watch my ultrasound video over and over. I was just scared to death I would be one of those statistics that the u/s tech was wrong! =)

Calcium is the trick to get rid of those leg cramps, at least it was for me. Take tums, which if you have reflux or heartburn it will kill two birds with one stone. Good luck! Glad everything is going good. Also don't worry we didn't really ever have a boys name picked out & so it's good we had a girl!
