We all got to experience some sweet dreams last night
because we all had the opportunity to have a long enough stretch of
sleep to actually HAVE dreams!
Yep that's right, little C-man was a rock star sleeper last night,
banking 7 hours all at once!
Until you've experienced the sleep deprivation that comes with a newborn,
you don't fully appreciate a long stretch of sleep.
Seriously I was so excited when I rolled over and saw 4:30am on my clock
that I rolled back over towards Tyler, tapped him on the shoulder until he woke up and
did a little happy dance singing, "he slept 7 hours! he slept 7 hours!"
I know Tyler fully appreciated that, haha! He proceeded to act excited for me and then
rolled back over and went back to sleep. :)

Praying that this wasn't a fluke and that it continues!
And just because Caedmon is so cute (I'm not at all biased :) )
here are a few more pictures....
and I can't leave out this cutie!
super grainy but I had to include it anyway because he's just so adorable in his
new john deere hat :)
Caedmon's 2 month post with stats will be coming soon.
I had to reschedule his appointment from last Thursday to this Tuesday because
I was too sick to take him in. I'm so curious to see what he weighs. I'm guessing 11 lbs 4oz. We'll see.
Hey, found you through the blog hop - love your blog! Yay for 7 hours of sleep!!! I will do a happy dance with you. I have a 16 month old who is still not consistently sleeping through the night - it's such a great feeling to get that full night of sleep. Praying that your little one will be a great sleeper and that your adoption goes well! I'm a new blog follower :).

I can't believe how grown up Lincoln looks! Maybe it's just next to his little brother he looks so much older....
ReplyDeleteLoving the chubby cheeks on Caedmon. :)
Congratulations on the 7 hours! Huge, huge milestone.
